Mimicking mankind

Mankind hunted and gathered food for Millenia.

They walked for miles, climbed trees, lifted heavy rocks and sprinted to and from prey.

This lifestyle approach today we call ‘exercise’.

We are going to mimic that.

Mankind did all that in a fasted state. Not because they wanted to but because they had no other choice. If they wanted to eat, they had to earn it first – simple.

No one was going to give them food. There were no cafes, drive thrus or delivery service. “If it’s going to be, it’s up to me” – was the philosophy.

This lifestyle approach today we call ‘fasted training’.

We are going to mimic that.

That is if you want to eat, you have to earn it first by training.

Mankind found game in the wild. If you couldn’t hunt it, pluck it, fish it or gather it, you couldn’t eat it.

It wasn’t found in a box or packet. It had no other ingredients except what it was.

Buffalo was buffalo, duck was duck, eggs were eggs. There were no artificial colours, additives or e-numbers.

This lifestyle approach today we call ‘Keto’.

We are going to mimic that.

Rich in animal fat, moderate in protein and low in carbs.

Mankind ate once a day, usually towards the later parts because food had to be first carried, skinned and cleaned, then cooked and prepared.

This all took time to do.

They ate once a day because food couldn’t be stored away for later consumption. There were no fridges or cellars back then.

They ate once a day because they didn’t know when their next meal would be, therefore they ate as much as possible in one sitting.

Wouldn’t you do the same if you weren’t promised another meal?

This lifestyle approach today we call ‘OMAD’ or One Meal A Day.

We are going to mimic that.

Finally, mankind went to bed fully satiated, waking up the next day and repeating that same process – not because they wanted to but because they had to.

This lifestyle approach today we call ‘commitment’.

We are going to mimic that.

All of the above we did for aeons. It’s not new to us, it’s blueprinted within our DNA.

If you were to follow the exact same process as stated above, you would get in such incredible health in record time, that it would stagger the imagination.
